Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 July 2026

This policy explains how DigitalStackr Poster ("the Tool") handles data. The Tool is a private scheduling utility used by DigitalStackr to publish its own content to its own social media accounts. It has no public users and collects no personal data from visitors.

1. What the Tool stores

DataWhyWhere
Access and refresh tokens for accounts we own To publish scheduled posts to those accounts Encrypted secret storage (GitHub Actions secrets)
Our own post content (captions, videos, images) To publish it at the scheduled time Our own private content repository
Publishing results (success/failure, post IDs) To avoid duplicate posts and to retry failures Our own content repository

2. What the Tool does not do

3. Platform data

When an account we own is connected, the relevant platform issues an access token. We request only the minimum permissions needed to publish content, and basic profile information (such as the account's display name and open ID) used to confirm the correct account is connected. We do not request access to private messages, follower lists, or other users' content.

4. Retention and deletion

Tokens are kept only while the integration is in use and are replaced when refreshed. Authorization can be revoked at any time from the platform's own settings, which immediately invalidates our access. To request deletion of any stored token, contact us at the address below and it will be removed.

5. Security

Credentials are stored as encrypted secrets and are never committed to source code or exposed in logs. Access is limited to the DigitalStackr owner.

6. Children

The Tool is not directed to children and does not knowingly process their data.

7. Changes

Updates are published at this URL with a revised date above.
