These terms govern the use of DigitalStackr Poster ("the Tool"), a private content scheduling tool operated by DigitalStackr ("we", "us").
The Tool is a private, internal utility. It is operated by and for DigitalStackr to schedule and publish DigitalStackr's own content to DigitalStackr's own social media accounts. It is not offered to the public, there is no sign-up, and no third-party user accounts are created.
The Tool connects to social media accounts only where the account holder has explicitly authorized it through the relevant platform's official authorization flow. Authorization can be revoked at any time from the platform's own settings, which immediately ends the Tool's access.
All content published through the Tool is created and owned by DigitalStackr. We are responsible for ensuring that content complies with the terms, community guidelines, and policies of each platform it is published to. The Tool does not generate, alter, or publish content on behalf of anyone else.
The Tool is used only to publish content to accounts we own and control. It is not used for spam, bulk automated engagement, scraping, artificial amplification, or posting to accounts belonging to others.
The Tool is provided "as is", without warranty. Publishing depends on third-party platform APIs, which may change or become unavailable. We do not guarantee that any given post will publish at a specific time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigitalStackr is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Tool, including missed or failed posts.
These terms may be updated. The current version is always available at this URL, with the revision date shown above.
