Data Deletion

This page explains how to remove data associated with our publishing tools (DigitalStackr Poster and Novina Poster).

What we store

These are private, single-operator scheduling tools. They publish our own content to our own social accounts. There is no public sign-up and no third-party user accounts.

The only data held is:

• An access token for an account we own, used to publish scheduled posts.
• The account's own display name and ID, used to confirm the correct account is connected.
• Our own post content and its publish results.

We do not collect, store, or process data belonging to any other person. We do not read other users' profiles, posts, followers, or messages.

How to remove access and data

Immediately, yourself:

• Instagram / Facebook / Threads: Settings → Apps and websites → remove the app. This revokes our token instantly.
• TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions → remove.

Revoking access invalidates the stored token immediately, so it can no longer be used.

To request deletion of anything still stored:

Email support@digitalstackr.com with the subject Data Deletion Request and the account handle. Stored tokens and any associated records are deleted within 30 days, and we reply to confirm once it is done.

Automatic removal

When an app is uninstalled or its permissions are revoked, the token stops working at the platform's end straight away. We then remove it from our secret storage, and no further requests can be made on that account's behalf.
